The Club’s primary fund raising activity is our Annual Game Dinner, which includes a large parent/child attendance consistent with the youth educational goals of the Club. At the dinner numerous donated hunting, fishing and other outdoor-related trips, together with hunting, fishing and outdoor equipment, are raffled off or sold by both silent and live auction.
Attendees at the Club’s dinner typically include Club “members,”* their children and guests, area game wardens, and some of the commercial sponsors and donors of the hunting, fishing and outdoor trips to be auctioned at the dinner. The Club has historically enjoyed considerable success with its dinner and fund-raising activities (over 1000 people attend our annual dinner), which the Club attributes to the commitment of its members, volunteers and donors to the goals of the Club and their continuing generosity and support. If you wish to be included on the Club’s mailing list please click on the contact tab above and provide your contact information.
* Please note that while attendees of the Club’s dinner are called “members” of the Club, attendees are not “members” in the traditional sense; they do not pay any initiation fees or dues (other than purchasing tickets to the game dinner) or have any “membership” rights (other than the right to attend the dinner and have a good time).
