Family owned Sterling Cattle Co. has been raising premium Texas beef since 1956. The lucky winner of this lot will receive 1/2 carcass of F1 Akaushi/Black Angus cross beef from one of the finest bloodlines in Texas. You are sure to enjoy the buttery flavor and extraordinary tenderness. This is all natural beef with no added hormones or antibiotics and consistently grades above USDA Prime. Carcass will be custom cut to your specifications. Beef will be ready for pick up or delivery to your door mid-April 2025.

This is a 2 day 1 night (2 hunts) package for 2 hunters. Located just outside Yantis Tx. You arrive at 11:30am on day 1 and have lunch and then hunt the afternoon. A 5-course dinner will be served by our in-house chef. Accommodations at the lodge are provided. Breakfast the next morning is followed by a morning hunt and lunch afterwards. You can depart for home once the guide brings over your birds packed up in a cooler. This hunt includes a professional guide, bird dogs, orange cap, all meals, and cleaning your birds. Excludes gratuities or alcohol. You can add more guests at the time of booking for $1500 per person. Our hunting season is from October 1- March 31 each year and we operate 7 days a week. This is a Youth Whitetail Deer Hunt at the Wahoo Ranch in Erath County for up to a 160-inch B&C Buck. The youth is to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The 2 Day hunt includes lodging, meals, and guide. The Ranch is one hour west of Fort Worth. For the best results, the hunt should take place in October 2025 to February of 2026. All hunting license and transportation to and from ranch is the responsibility of the buyer.
